About us

The company was founded by Leon in 2005 , and originally a developer himself this means technology is always at the heart of everything we do.  We strive to be the best, and take great pride in being first to market on many of the features we release. 

We have a relaxed working atmosphere, operating flexi time, dress down every day,  with tea, coffee and cake on tap (well the cakes not on tap but you know what we mean!)  We also have a beautiful new light and airy office with floor to ceiling glass with expansive views overlooking Farnborough airport, so watching the jets land is a popular pass time!

We also have an onsite cafe with starbucks coffee, gym and leisure facilities and are only a 35 minute hop from London Waterloo.

Community Manager


WHO YOU ARE

You have a minimum of 12 months of professional work experience in market research, marketing/brand management, online community management, or consumer insights. You are analytical, inquisitive, energetic, and comfortable with the social media space.

 

You are someone who is so good with clients that they positively comment about you on a regular and unsolicited basis. You understand clients’ business challenges and deliver strategic insight yet are also great with process. Keeping clients happy and sharing knowledge are major motivators, and you are so organized and attentive to detail that you can manage the most complicated processes with grace and style.

 

You have excellent business writing and oral communication skills, the ability to self-motivate, and to take initiative. You have a minimum 2:1 bachelor’s degree in either English or related discipline. You work best in a collaborative work environment that is focused on excellence and customer satisfaction and you are an extensive user of social media. Most importantly, you are looking to make a difference every day at a growing, dynamic company.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO


In your capacity as a Community Manager, you will support our clients and provide online content to showcase our solution in:

  • Daily management and facilitation of online communities in order to create highly engaged communities;

  • Being the first point-of-contact for clients with support queries, and then liaising with Technical Support to respond in a timely manner;

  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with multiple clients;

  • Owning the Quality Assurance of activities posted to online communities for community members;

  • Administering the company’s blog, Twitter account and Facebook page

  • Writing and designing insightful reports that help our clients see the potential of using our software using a variety of tools including charts to highlight key insights.

 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


  • 12 months experience in Market Research, Advertising, Consumer Insights, or online community management;

  • The ability to write insightful, creative reports that can satisfy a researcher’s need for detailed analysis yet be packaged up in a way that engages a senior-level marketing audience;

  • Excellent project management and time management skills;

  • Ability to set priorities and manage expectations;

  • Strong client relationship management skills;

  • Superb business writing and verbal communication skills;

  • Strong analytical skills;

  • Great at working in a collaborative team environment;

  • Initiative, a bias for action attitude, a self-motivated individual who likes success;

  • Strong MS Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);

  • Fun, interesting person who plays nice with others, loves their chosen profession and thrives in a fast-paced, intense environment;

  • Fluency in an additional European language would be a plus, but is not essential.
