| Why us? |
About us
We began collecting vast volumes of blog data in late 2005. Originally we provided blog search services for leading blog platforms, and soon began to realise the amazing value for business in the data we were collecting. Our MD, Leon Chaddock oversaw the development of the analytics and data mining platform that became Sentiment Metrics. We opened for business in 2007 and constantly evolve our system based on our customer requirements. Infact 90% of new development comes from client feedback and recommendations. The system is used by a wide variety of brands from international mobile phone companies to soft drink manufacturers. Over time we have increasingly worked on our agency platform. This is our most popular service and allows brand and PR agencies to white label our service and use it exclusively for their clients. Our clients are often amazed just how focused we are on providing what they need, not what we think they need.
Why use social media monitoring
The internet is only a couple of decades old, citizen created media such as blogs only really took off in the mid 2000’s. Before these times companies have always cared what people thought of them it was just easier to broadcast their marketing message through controlled channels such as TV and the printed press. Now in this new age of digital media, anyone, and everyone can have a voice.
Why use Sentiment Metrics
The wealth of information created in the online world is vast. Infact Technorati estimates there are 1.2 million new blog posts a day. It is possible to manually trawl the web looking for what people are saying but this takes a lot of time and it is too easy to miss key commentaries on your brand. That is where we come in. SentimentMetrics locates and stores all the relevant content about your brand, cleans it, analyses it and stores this highly valuable insight in one easy to access place. You can then spend your time acting on this information and increasing your business, rather than wasting time looking for it. View who is this for? or click here to contact us for a demo |
